Sell It. Fit It. We Back It.

We are an authorised UK distributor of Cellular Path. You sell SOCA and you install it. We hold the stock once the first consignment lands, answer the warranty claim and pick up the pre-sales question before your quote goes out.

What A Reseller Gets

Selling And Fitting Antenna Alignment

  • Stock In Sterling
Stock held here once the first consignment lands, priced in sterling, with no dollar invoice and no customs entry of your own. That consignment is expected in December.
  • Warranty And Returns, Run From Here
Three years parts, and one year labour where an authorised reseller installed it. Cellular Path gives that warranty to the end user. We answer the claim and collect the unit in the United Kingdom.
  • The Engineer Answers Pre-Sales
Site suitability, mast loading, antenna and router pairing, by email, before your quote goes out.

The Warranty

Cellular Path gives the warranty to the end user. We run first-line warranty support and United Kingdom returns, so nothing is shipped to the United States.

Not Covered
  • Installation and external wiring.
  • Incorrect installation or exceeding the stated wind loading or antenna mass.
  • Lightning, flood, fire, and alterations or opening the unit without authorisation.

Cellular Path's own warranty statement is the full text and is what a claim is decided on. Ask us for a copy.

How A Claim Runs

An end user claims through the reseller that sold the unit. A reseller claims through us, with the serial number, the proof of purchase and the fault. We triage it with you, then issue the return authorisation and collect in the United Kingdom. A unit that fails within thirty days may be replaced by the reseller from stock.

What We Ask

  • Sell to end users in Great Britain, and not to other resellers or distributors.
  • Do not modify the products.
  • Pass the end user warranty and the software licence terms through unaltered.

Pricing

Pricing comes with the trade account. Resellers set their own prices: we do not fix resale prices and there is no minimum advertised price.

Demo Units

Once you are appointed you can buy one demonstration unit of each model a year, on reseller terms. It is marked not for resale, it is for showing customers and training installers, and it carries the same end user warranty as a unit you sell.

How Demo Units Work

Independent Advice, Declared Supply

Boothroyd Consulting is paid for independent specification. Boothroyd Distribution supplies hardware. When both are in the room we say which is which before anybody is advised.

Questions Resellers Ask

  • Who can apply?
Limited companies and sole traders that sell or install connectivity hardware in Great Britain.
  • Does applying commit me to anything?
No. If we can appoint you, we send the reseller agreement and the trade terms to read. Nothing is binding until both sides sign.
  • Is there a minimum order?
    No. Single units are fine.
  • Do I get a territory?
No. Appointments are non-exclusive and on the same terms for every reseller.
  • Which routers work with SOCA-02 No Modem?
Cellular Path verifies seven models from four manufacturers. Ask us and we will send the current list.
  • Can SOCA be the donor antenna for a booster or a distributed antenna system?
Yes. SOCA-01-T-4G50 Smart 4G is the model Cellular Path builds for single coax directional work. Check the United Kingdom rules and your booster's own requirements before you quote.
  • When is there stock?
The first consignment is expected in December. An account can be open before it lands.
  • Do you sell to end users?
No. An end user who writes to us is pointed at a reseller who covers the area, or told if there is not one yet.
