A Rotator That Reports On Its Own Connection.

The Smart controller carries an LTE module and takes a SIM of its own, so it reports from a site with no network to borrow.

How It Works

A Rotator With Its Own 4G Connection

  • Mount
Two V-bolts on a pole 25 to 57 mm in diameter. The supplied antenna pole carries the directional antenna above it.
  • Fit A SIM
One slot in the controller. The access point name is set at commissioning and the data sits on the customer's own account.
  • Scan, Then Re-Aim
Twelve positions, alignment in under five minutes, and the scan re-run from the app or the web portal whenever the network moves.

The Numbers

Cable15 m power and control, supplied. Extensions of 15 m and 30 m
Power12 V DC from a 2 A supply, 24 W maximum
ModuleTelit CMB100A0-WW, with one SIM slot in the controller
Band supportUK-tested bands: LTE 1, 3, 7, 8, 20, 28. The datasheet lists the rest
AntennaSISO directional on a single coax run, into two SMA female ports at 50 ohm
ControllerPC/ABS. 152 x 81 x 33 mm, 0.23 kg. 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi and Bluetooth for pairing

Cellular Path's two datasheets give the maximum antenna weight as 80 lb on one model and 100 lb on the other, for the same rotator. We publish the lower until Cellular Path confirms one figure.
