How to ask us for Cellular Path's warranty terms, and where to start if something goes wrong with the self-aiming antenna mount.
The Warranty
Ask us for the warranty terms at hello@boothroydgroup.com. They are Cellular Path's own words, and we will send them to you.
What To Keep
- Your dated sales receipt. Cellular Path asks for proof of purchase when a claim is made.
- A note of when and by whom it was installed.
If Something Goes Wrong
Tell us what happened and we will point you the right way. It helps to have to hand:
- The model: No Modem or Smart 4G
- What you saw, for example which lights were on and what the app said
- When and where it was installed, and by whom
- Your dated sales receipt
